I got owned by the online billing team :S

I sent in a question regarding the limitation to how many times you can input your details, before the card is locked. that error 203 thing.. cos it's been bugging the hell out of me.. so I go this as a reply!!

amazingly when you plonk it into a translator. it comes out with a perfect reply in coherent english :)

Hi,

First post :D

Creating accounts seems to be locked to your IP address. When I recieved the same error message i changed my IP (ipconfig /release, ipconfig/renew) and was able to creat 3 more trial accounts.
