lvl45+ boosting... Yet another thread.
Okay I'm level 45 now, 20-40 I was run through SM, and I've been run through ZF twice now for the quests. I will probably get run through ZF a few more times yet, but-- looking to the future, which instances should I get boosted through, at what level, and which classes are best for boosting?
I've searched through a bunch of the old threads but haven't found anything concrete.
After ZF where should I look to for boosting? At what level? What are the best runners?
ST?
BRD? Prot Pally, Fury War?
Strat?

I can't tell you which are the "best runners" but I can give you my experience. I have boosted a paladin, mage, priest, and warlock from 8-60 using a level 70 enhance shaman. As best I can recall, the path went...
1-8: leveled them in a starting zone
8-14: Ragefire Chasm
14-20: Shadowfang Keep
20-24: Razorfen Kraul
24-33: Mixture of SM graveyard/library and Razofen Kraul
33-37: Mixture of SM armory/cathedral and Razorfen Downs
37-45: Mostly Uldaman, some SM cath
45-48: Mostly Sunken Temple, one or two Uldaman runs
48-59: Scholomance, one or two Sunken Temple runs
59-60: Stratholme
I still plan to do one or two more Stratholme runs, because I want to switch to the setup I will use in Outland. So far I just use the shaman to plow through the zone, using the priest/paladin to heal him when needed and using the warlock/mage to nuke if I feel like it. I want to have it set up so that the paladin is tanking, the priest/warlock/mage are DPSing, and the shaman is healing. He's got a full set of healing gear and I figure it works out best in terms of aggro.
Once that's done I will try the Outland instances running the group that way. But at the moment I'm leveling a hunter the traditional way because it's kinda fun. :p
