Key Clone - An AutoHotKey AND Multibox style program

I know keyclone is working on the alt/shift/ctrl problem. We went back and forth with some PMs a couple days ago on it. But no updates yet, just a little patience is all we need :)

I was trying out Keyclone tonight for the first time. I'm having something weird happening.

I can get default keybinds to work like spacebar for jump, navigation keys, etc. But any keys that I bind to a bar or with the mod BindPad for macros, the keys don't work. The button on the bar gets a white box around it but it doesn't activate the spell/macro.

I tried binding letters, function keys, numpad keys, none of them worked when the key was bound to a button on the bar or through bindpad.

Two computers, single WoW on each.

Any suggestions?

after a quick google, it sounds like bindpad is doing something with keymapping. try disabling it and see if you can get the normal action bar working (1 for attack, 2 for fireball, etc)

I started fresh, deleted WTF folder, removed all addons, and created new characters.

I can still get all key presses to work in sync with commands that are not bound to a bar. Like F1 for selecting the first player in the party, space bar makes both characters jump, etc. But it will not issue any command for a key that is bound to a button on a toolbar. I used the default 1, 2, 3, 4 that is on the normal WoW bar. None of them work on the cloned computer. It just highlights the button with a white border.

after working through some inter-machines connectivity issues with Braggon, i have decided to roll keyclone back to v1.3d.

If you are having any difficulties with v1.4a, please download and install v1.3d.

Thanks for rolling back, 1.3d works with keys bound to bars. I am now fully using your program to control two WoW's. One on my desktop and the other on my laptop. And my laptop is running Vista and it works so far.

Hey, I had a thought while using KC last night... right now you have the ability to effectively blacklist keys ('do-not-pass'), meaning you don't pass certain keys to both windows. I'd actually prefer to go the other way and have a whitelist - block all keys, and only send certain specified keys.

I've been messing with AHK and KC and right now I'm using AHK because I only have a need to pass in hotbar stuff (1 through 0, alt-1 through alt-0, etc).

Anyhow, just a thought for ya KeyClone. :)

I just purchased Keyclone and it does not seem to work with the 3 EQ instances that I am running with WinEQ2 right now. Was this app meant to work with Everquest or did I just do something stupid? :D

I added the three windows, then tried pressing a few keys but nothing happened in the other instances.

o extended keys should now be working. please test and confirm on your various setups.
o round robin also working
o hotstrings working better; now down and up instead of just up
o fixed a couple of setup box crashes (when removing items, with none selected)
o disabled mouse passing
o removed command panel (for now)
o added 'last connected' to connection edit (will populate with last address)

Do-not-pass doesnt work for me with 2 wow in windowmode on one computer.

Passing all keys, even them in the list.

Anyone got an ide how to get it to work with G15 keyboard and G keys ?
