Farming spots for cloth/leather/motes?

You need to be revered with golden lotus before shadowpan open up and exalted for august celestials

So you can only really do this with tillers, golden lotus, klaxxi, serpent riders IIRC.

Will be interesting to see if they apply this change to other factions. Will make the justicar grind a lot easier (again)

So, this area still works. Good xp and drops are the same - motes, greens, and JC patterns like crazy (I looted so many meta patterns I had to pass extras to my alts that aren't JC's).

My 5 frost DK team had one issue - downtime. Main gets near death every big pull but I think it's worth grabbing a blood spec and keeping this area open to grind out half a level here and there until around 89.

Dark Succor glyph should allow you to have no downtime.

Grinded almost 3 lvls here with my shaman. Pally/DKs were pulling 7mill each last night with rested. This place is alot faster than questing, it's just boring as hell.

Do you have to do all the starting quests in the zone before you get whatever opens this up? i followed the link and found the starting NPC but he had no quests.

its about a quarter way through the area that you can do it. You need to do the mine first.

I have never quested past the starting area in JF..my first team did up to the quest that takes you to that hub surrounded by a lake..then i ran instances for a few levels.. so i have no idea what the 'mine" is hehe. I took my new team all over the map and found no quests anywhere. Just the ones in the starting area. I was hoping to be able to skip a lot of quests.. kind of the point of even bothering to do this in the first place hehe.
