By far, the funniest thing to do is to turn the topic around in some random way, or insult them without them even knowing it.
For example, I got the "have you even seen a vagina" thing once, replied "yes, and I talk to them all the time, too".

So last night, I was blowin up the spider mobs outside the Warsong Hold building... I must have nearly 30 to 40 mob carcasses laying around... when the little goblin rogue whispers me
"Hey, I wont report you for botting, if you loot all those so I can skin them"
To which I replied
"So, youd report someone on the premis of botting and getting something out of doing very little or nothing at all, yet you want me to allow you to capitolize on the skins of the mobs you had nothing to do with to kill?
