pve bonus, 2000 mastery is a lot. You will be chucking out lots of lightning with that

2k mastery is about 11 mastery so 22% extra chance. if you have 30-35% from gear, use the moonlight chalice (365 on use one) and valiona's trinket when proc is up you could reach 100% chance to overload :P

That CL spam in the video is wicked...and funny as hell. PVP is gonna be interesting to watch if that goes live.

Damn 100% and chain lightning would look so damn awesome.

Imagine turtle in AV with 100% overload chance, elemental mastery, bloodlust up and spam only chain lightning :D

Be nice to see someone test how long they can spam CL before going oom.

You stay full mana as long as you hit 3 targets.
