Burst will be less extreme/viable in cata, so rets still look viable to me.

Every 9 seconds. If that. Which takes away damage. >_> It is WORKABLE but not ideal.

As long as you are healing more than the enemy is dealing damage, which should be possible with the increased healing on friends talent.
