Update - I just ran my Pally Team to 10 and then ported them over to Org. Parked the team and ran one pally around the back gate tagging mobs.
From 10-25 in one Invasion, RAF'd.

Sorry to raise this topic from a coma, but since i still have a lot of chests saved, its not a dead topic.
Does anyone know if you can use those legion chest above level 100? I cant find it anywhere and dont want to hang on to them for nothing
/edit nm they dont scale over 100, would have been too easy huh :)
