btw, im NEVER EVER going back to telling I actually do support when somebody asks me privatly, next thing you'll know you will be talking shop through every next social gathering for the coming 40years, because "hey you work with computers, right, you should know this". So true. I feel for y'all, I left end user support 8 years ago and I have no desire to go back. I've been supporting supporting a fortune 500 datacenter ever since. No more end users, but I gotta tell you some of the site admins and app support people can be worse than end users. But at least they can understand most of the terminology, just not the concepts behind them :PQuote:
