I think the added traffic and attention will be good for this site and multiboxing, as it might get more people to try it out, and it may help to overcome the concerns that some people have. People who are dead set against it won't change their minds, but they are not the people that you want to reach-- you want to reach people who might enjoy multiboxing and people who want to be reassured that it isn't something evil.
Blizzard will only take action against it if they feel it has become a problem that is too big to ignore, and we're not even at the "it's a problem" stage. They admitted that they would not hesitate to drop their support for multiboxing if they felt they needed to, but that they really couldn't imagine having to do so. Keep in mind that for every Ellay, there are a dozen or more Tonusses, who can't PvP our way out of a paper bag with one, five, or twenty characters on at a time. Same from the PvE angle as well.
I don't think that there is any danger at all of Blizzard deciding not to allow multiboxing.
