Yeah, I throw up kings, heals and intellect on people that I pass by.
Also rez any dead bodies I see while running around.
Usually get a "Thanks", and then we talk a bit and go our separate ways. It breaks it up for me a little and lowers the "ass" ratio that I encounter. :)
