Tdog have you set up any paladin for Divine Sacrifice? I was reading a ret thread on another board and it is a must have for raids. Well I started thinking about it and what if you had it so one paladin uses divine sacrifice and divine shield at same time meaning that paladin would take no damge since hes immune. That would mean your group can take 150%(health of paladin) of incoming damage before the buff expires. If you have this on round robin your group can go 600% of health before actually taking damage. Am I thinking this through correctly?
You know for some reason I just assumed that this wouldn't work and that you would either not be able to have both up or that you would still take the damage anyways from the group damage and never even thought to try it.
I'm assuming you guys have already tried it and know it works which if is the case, then this is an awesome idea. Like Stealthy said it would be situationally useful in pvp and pve but in those special situations (Like the Skadi fight) it would be VERY useful. I've gotten Skadi down but I got to admit, that guy is a jerk and them some. By the time you're done healing from the WW you got like 5secs to dps and he is WW'ing again :cursing: If this would allow me to just passively heal on the first WW then direct heal on the second WW, I would be able to kick his trash in no time.
Linked Stealthy's new guide on post #3 for now.
Sorry to those who have been waiting that I haven't been able to really add anything to the OP, but I have been going completely non stop 7 days a week for the past few weeks. As of this week I'm down from 12 hour days to 9 hour days at work so I might be able to actually add in at least some of my tips on heroics and pvp sometime soon.
