Its not that they are Horrible, but you need to take them into porportion. I only drink them the day of a triathlon race, to help boost my performance. The reason most people get the crash from them is because your body is use to the drink. When I get my boost, its because I never drink them, except for once in a while, so they provide for the reason i bought them for.
Aside form 12 oz curls drinking soda while playing WoW, repetitive mouse moments, and finger taps, what else exercise is there?
I suppose head banging while the iPod is on. 10 second sprints to the Cheetos bin and bio breaks.
I think it would be more effective you have a threadmill power the monitors, that way, the player will need to contantly move to play for hours at a time.
