Sorry to Hear about you problem. Starting over could realy be bad. If you wanted to start over on Horde side I would be gald to help boost some of you toons up.

I have 10 70s on horde side of feathermoon. Any ways hope you all the best

Yea, the key point is that blizzard doesn't recognize any sort of "inherited" accounts unless you can actually show proof of death and that the deceased willed their account access to you (yes, I heard a story where this happened).

So, unless the person who's name is on the account died and willed their account to you and you're willing to go through the legal mumbo jumbo of faxing all the proof to Blizzard.... there is no transfer of accounts.

(EDIT: One other caveat is ONE minor child may share their guardian's account until they turn 18. Once turned 18, the formerly-minor child's characters may be transfered to a legal account of their own)

that's not multi boxing, it's playing a friends accounts (in blizzards eyes anyway). Playing an account that isn't regristered to you is against their ToS.

hmm I'm going to have to include WoW in my will now!?!? oh poo.. so much for keeping in to one paragraph :P

Include the WoW accounts in the divorce paperwork, then the accounts are tranfser to the spouse by order of the court maybe? I'd like to see Blizzard deal with that one. :P

It'd be interesting, considering sharing an account with your husband/wife is still considered account sharing.

For account sharing , if all are in same name and come from same IP address or range, then you don't have to worry much.

Agreed. Broke the rules...now I have to deal with it.

Perhaps I can be used as an example. You really need to be careful. Obviously multiboxing draws a lot of attention.
