I'm not entirely sure at what level I started doing graveyard. I think it was at level 32 or 33. Until then I did RFK (piggy loop), though I didn't switch from arcane explosion to blizzard until I encountered the wizards in SM Cathedral.

How do you get the repeater to not pass through when keymaps are off?
