Yep, Celestials are a good first step. You'll want to ensure that you always have a ton of Warforged Seals for all your guys, then use them every opportunity you have a chance to get significant upgrades (like Celestials). Both my tanks are pallies - easier to macro them than other tanks imho and if properly macroed they do significant self healing. However, the majority of my healing is from my two disc priests. It is amazing what they can do with simple smite healing, causing me to have to spot heal infrequently. I believe that maximizing the ilvl of your priests is the most important thing to your team.
Optimizing rotations/macros for all your classes is also vital. For example, here are four macros I rotate through for my priests:

Yeah that looks good, will have to level a priest up lol
I have atm
Tanks - DK & Druid
Healers - 2 x druids & Shammy
Melee dps - Pally, enh shammy & Rogue*
Ranged - Lock, mage & hunter
rogue is only used because i have access to an 11th account, so if i try flex i would take along, the tank and pally have completed cape quests and the others are on various stages, 5 of them not long started as they are boosted 90's, ilvl ranges from 500 - 540, but working on that :P
so do you run from 3 macro's then? for simplicity's sake say on keys 1,2,3
still have a couple of accounts to upgrade so a couple more boosted 90's are avail, not really played a lot with priests to be honest, but maybe boost a couple and replace druid and shammy with them.
