You can queue for a lot of content, with a Real ID friend.
There are cross-realm pickup stuff, with Real ID too.

If you don't have a lot of investment in a given realm, it can be nice to make toons on a realm with other boxers.

The top boxing guilds are:
- EU, Alliance, Outland Server, Autobots Roll Out
- EU, Horde, Grim'Batol Server, GIMP
- US, Alliance, Kil'jaeden Server, Legion of Boom
- US, Horde, Magtheridon Server, The Zerg/The Protoss/The Terran

I don't know anyone who does that, and it's not allowed as discussion in this community.
