Haha thats awesome
Loved your post in the Shokodan thread aswell before it got closed x))
If anyone was wondering where i was, i quitted multiboxing but going to play my DK's again today.
How the hell do you get your MMR to 3000 plus without winning a shitload of games anyway though?
yeah, i'm not sure i understand the bug, as long as you leave before you lose your mmr goes up?
the bug with leaving has already been fixed
but there is another "bug", basically everyone can do it if you got ~2k mmr you join a 3s team with two people who have like 1100 mmr, then your queueing vs ~1650 teams and every win brings the 1100 mmrs ~+30, the 2kmmr gets like + 50 (thats how it actually should work)
so ends up with teamrating 2k
1,1k mmr people ~1600 rating
the 2k mmr guy ~2,8k
I got the same with my warrior in 2s and 3s, in 2s I'm doing feral/warrior, the feral got 2.2k mmr I started with 1.1k mmr, I dont know why but after 20:3 he was 2450 and I was 14-1500, team rating 1900;
And here comes the part that I'll never ever understand, my warrior started with 1500 in 3v3, played with two others who had 1700 and 1600 mmr. after like 30:10 I got 2.5k mmr and my mates were at 1900&1800 mmr.
I have no clue how that shit works and obviosly no one does. I know a lot of top players who are also saying the system is broken as hell
So using this method, you can easily pump up your mmr, but it doesn't affect your team rating does it? You would still need to get a personal rating of 2.2k to be able to buy weapons. Unless somehow having an inflated mmr makes points easier to get.
I must be missing something.
Its an exploit where you take 1 person of a 3s team and they move to a different team and tank their mmr. Or you take 2 of that team put them on separate teams and they tank individually on separate teams. In short you are confusing the shit out of the mmr system by moving back on forth between teams- high and low and winning and tanking all on separate teams. There is a point where your mmr will never move its stuck no matter how many games you play, win or lose it stays the same. I am sure you will hear more about it after the end of the season awards. There are specifics I am leaving out on the process since everyone here is of high ethical values. My original comment was in general about shodokan taking his success however achieved as a standard worthy of recognition when the system itself can never be a measure of anything else other than in terms of time vs. entertainment value to the user and not to anyone else. In terms of this site or boxing in general I think everyone can agree that Mosg2's manifesto was worthy of recognition. Kinda like those videos posted way back when by Vyndree (thanks Ualaa). Here is my vote for Mosg2 with a rainbow name tag and Ualaa for a solid gold tag.
Edit: Fixed the name.

Rainbow tag? srsly?
:D
I never understood that shit. The time the rating shit was at its best was in TBC.
Winners +15 points, losers -15 points.
If a low rated team beated a high rated team they would gain more, the other way around they would gain less.
