The Best Addon for WoW you can get.

This is possibly <beavis>the coolest addon I have ever seen.</beavis> :thumbup:

It's working on the enGB client without any problems, on deDE it doesn't (of course :rolleyes: ). In addition I suggest MobMap which also shows droprates and a nice interface to search for QuestItems/NPCs etc.
