Healing Rain Shaman vid

Is it just me or does the caster in that video look like a Worgen? I thought worgen couldn't be shaman.

throwing this out there, but someone boxing with a shaman and death knight tossing both this and dnd down at the same spot, wouldn't it look like a shit storm coming? red+green=brown o.O?
