Random dungeons is the way to go.

Of course, this is assuming it'll work with an 80 in the team (perhaps have one of the low-levels form the group and do the dungeon finding), but I don't see why it wouldn't.
My team ran 1-50 so far and most of that was dungeon running and had fairly decent equipment (sans weapons of course) from it.
Also, when boosting using RAF in dungeon runs, I agree, don't loot. The whole idea is to make the run is absolutely speedy as possible - you can always hit up the AH at 60 for crappy cheap greens then use those to do the first half-dozen quests in Hellfire and be insta-BC-geared in what would be Azeroth level epics.
Priest is ok to boost, but if you have a Paladin (or Druid), you can get runs down to insanely quicky times, and the random dungeon finder (assuming that works with an 80 in the group) doesn't have an instance-per-hour limit on it.
