Thats technically what elistest group does. But you have to actually open it and use it.

I need a "totem power" mod, so i can see what we're all dropping. And a "PICKUP YOUR DAMN TOTEMS" macro. :p (i'm guilty of this myself)

Emrict in the guild added into his /follow button for his slaves totemic recall. every time he presses follow (and he said he has conditions for in/out of combat) it pulls his totems. Genius IMO.
