Exactly. Setting up even the easiest software platforms for multiboxing is more complex than dealing with Jamba.Quote:

Average multiboxer is still a bunch smarter then normal players. I think we can handle a "complex" addon. And if you can't, well.... just don't use it.
I hear all your concerns. Trust me, I'm well aware of burn out. I make an effort to keep Jamba alive through patches (the old 0.4 branch) and build something better.
I've been doing this for a year now with little reward apart from the my own satisfaction, the odd donation and the positive feedback I get from this site. Half of the stuff I add to Jamba for others, I don't personally use, but others find invaluable. It is a lot of work...
Fursphere, you are right. Jamba is bloated. I have heard your request for Jamba Lite and I have made it. You wanted Jamba with the quest and taxi parts only. Now you have it. Go get it (or don't). Please post some feedback _praise_ if you like what I have done...
Jamba 0.5 is properly modular; there is a core component that you need, but that is light, with no display functionality. Modules are now proper addons that you can enable / disable as you see fit.
I've also made a big effort to simplify the UI and have sensible default options.
/agreed. cant wait for the updates.
With 0.5, you can create message areas. If you use Parrot or MikScrollingBattleText, you can use these addons to make your own scroll area with whatever size text you like, whatever sound you like. In Jamba, you then select this scroll area for your message area and configure Jamba-Follow (not in the test version of 0.5 yet) to use that area for its warnings.
