If you are having trouble getting her to within range of your hunters who are parked outside the room right next to the wall, what I do is open with D&D on the DK and then hoof it back outside the room almost to the wall. Then, watching on another screen, I wait until she starts running to within her casting range and run back in and start DPS.
One of the biggest problems I still have with this encounter is getting them faced correctly after polymorph. That and having the discipline to stop DPS during the initial portion of the split so that I can grab reliable aggro.
And if you think this is a tough encounter with your team, wait until you try Herald Volazj :(

sidenote on Herald: There seems to be a timer to the phased insanity. The 2nd insanity most of the time expires on me (as I mainly just heal through the dmg with my slaves and try to work through all the clones with my main/tank). So I just heal up and wait it for the tank to phase in. :D You can try unequipping weapons prior to phasing to minimize dmg of your clones. It sucks to have 4 shamans and their thunderstorms.
