Ok, been thinking about this and doing some web-browsing.....seems there is a nice little area close by with a few places like a grill, asian food etc or the downtown disneyland area which has food area and things like House of Blues for drinking/dancing/kicking back.

I'm suggesting getting together from about 6ish on thursday night for dinner somewhere and then hanging out, chatting, hitting up a club, etc as a Blizcon pre-event, so if interested post here or send a pm with preference for style of food and let's see if we can get some sort of consensus as I def think it would be fun night given the locations people could be coming from.

I also like the thursday night idea, we just need a place to meet.

The idea's posted by the other members sound fun, but probly some place like a pub or alfresco dinning area would be best.

I'm staying at the Embassy Suites across the parking lots from the convention center. Definitely excited about a boxer get together. I don't get in until kinda late on Thursday, but hey I'm sure hanging out during the convention would be fine as well.

We need to make a Dual-boxing Blizzcon Phone Tree. :P

We have 3 questions:
When?
Where?
Who?
- When?
  -- Will everyone be there on Thursday evening? I think the pre-pickup ticket lines are Wednesday/Thursday so we should target after the pickup lines are closed.
- Where?
  -- Does anyone have food allergies? Vegan/Vegetarian/Kosher? Let's try and find a place everyone can enjoy. Please let me know if you need transportation or can provide transportation.
- Who?
  -- Once the first two are satisfied, people can feel free to PM me if they will/maybe attend and (if you feel comfortable) any contact information in case plans update/change.
I'm thinking of maybe bringing some swag for you guys as well. I'm not sure what kinds yet, but I'm sure I can put together a Dual-boxing.com goody bag. PM me t-shirt sizes (specify men's/women's) and I'll see what I can put together. Let me know if you have any ideas as well ;)

My GF and I will be in town the 7th-13th.

Neither of us have any special dietary needs.

Our hotel is located near the convention center and we have a rental car so we can offer a couple people rides.

I'll PM my phone number. Thanks for coordinating!

I don't get in until 10 on thursday night, but would be more than happy to meet up with wherever we are rallying at be it for drinks or just randomness.

I have no food allergies and after over five years in the Army anything not served in the mess hall is good food.
