I quested all throughout STV and I found the Nagas had the highest spawn rate. https://classicdb.ch/?npc=1907 They do get a lot of traffic but I never had any issues
The Westfall 11-13 Defias Looters and Trappers shows coordinates 48,47 in cell D9, but the screenshot shows coords 32,33 and I just checked, that's where they are.Quote:

Elwyn Forest, the Murlocks at Stone Cairn Lake.
Level 9-10 mobs
The mobs around the camp and in the water also need to be killed to force mob spawns.

The harpy cave in 1000 needles is pretty good for spawns. It also has 3 waves of quest mobs inside ("quest of endurance" or something similar iirc) that can be repeated over and over again so long as you don't turn in the quest item.
Good spot to farm vibrant plumes for turn-in at the DMF coming up.

I love you for this. This isn't only a place to lvl your current group of 5 but a place to boost addition characters/groups and also other players. I have been selling boosts with my 9 accounts at 50g per person an hour. They get about 120k-150k xp/hour completely afking so I could probably charge them enough to make 300g an hour pure cash if I wanted to.Quote:
