Thirdly, Fleecy is woefully kittah whipped!! He is totally besotted with Loulou. :rolleyes: The poor thing (the cat, not Fleecy) is forced to endure all sorts of "adorings". Mind you, if she wants anything all she has to do is "chirp" at him and tilt her head and he's putty (unless he is on a boss mob).

Finally, there are two other cats in the house and a dog. Please note they didn't even rate a mention in Fleecy's post LOL

There is HRH Enigma du Cat who thinks she rules the house and behaves accordingly. She thinks Fleecy is a peon and treats him so.

Then there is Problem who really does rule the house. He backs the dog off his food :huh: and out of the room and teaches Loulou everything from how to control the dog to how to play in the water without falling in the bath. He is the apple of my eye.

And lastly, just to prove I don't neglect them, here they are playing WoW (excuse the quality, taken at night on Fleecy's phone) Enigma's favourite race is Tauren - they just look yummy to eat. Problem likes hunter pets cos they make noises like cats, birds and dogs and he goes to the speakers to find out why they are hiding in there.

The box of tissues is there because HRH needed her eyes cleaned and wouldn't let me play until I had got the stuff out (it was beneath her to clean her own face)

Yeah, Athena (and Artemis) are both Bengals. Athena looks a lot more exotic and is easier to spot, though. My friends say i'm really weird. I tend to forget that my favorite shirts have holes in them, so occasionally I show up in a semi-professional setting with a 'holy' shirt, and they mess with me ' you have expensive cats, cameras, and computers, but apparently can't afford clothes!' or something along those lines. Bengals are really cool tho.

Very cute cats everyone; love the picture of the kitty and the baby, totally awesome moment there.

Hmm, I better be sure not to let my kittys see this thread, or they might demand igloo's too.


btw, my cats wake me up at 6am, every single day, to get fed wet food. LOL. their much more relaxed about evening feedings, but boy, i better not sleep in without getting up for breakfast! anyone elses monsters show up; walk across their head, and then give you a sad kitty face until you get up and open a can of fancy feast?

Never occured to me to make them a bed by the monitor, LOL.

I have to ask though....why is he called 'problem'? hehehe. Cool cat tho

Originally, in my pre-Fleecy days and in age order, I had Enigma ("NZ Domestic Short Hair" female cat), MissTree (Dobermann female), Problem ("NZ Domestic Medium Hair" male cat) and Paradox (Border Collie x Dalmation male). They were all named after Enigma in a sort of naming theme. Problem, however, rarely lives up to his name. In fact he is the least problematic of all of them. Sadly, MissTree developed a genetic disorder and after living happily 18 months longer than she was supposed to be able to, she had to be put down this past June.

Enigma suits her name as you never know these days quite what mood she will be in. Paradox really should have been called "DumbAss" as he's not at all bright, however, he is very loyal and very loving and ver quiet. MissTree was bouncy, stubborn, cheeky and naughty right up until the end. Problem is all about the cute. His purr doesn't have an off switch and he loves everyone and everything, a lot. He is permanently happy and always up for a cuddle. His favourite passtime is his version of pilates in front of/on top of whatever warm spot he can find - unless it's summer and bloody hot, in which case it's whichever cool spot he can find - including, but not limited to, the freezer (don't ask it's a long, painful story but I do have the photos somewhere)

Problem and Paradox always have been the placid and calm, well-mannered and personable animals. Both are boys too. The two girls (Enigma and MissTree) were and are the trouble makers and tense/hyper ones. Funny thing is I inherited both girls from someone. Mind you, that may explain a lot considering the personality of the person I inherited them from LOL.

Then there was Fleecy and, with him, Loulou ("NZ Domestic Long Haired Tarty" cat). She is rather cute. Not, perhaps, as cute as Fleecy thinks she is, but then, he says the same thing about Problem and I. Problem and Loulou have developed a great friendship. He she follows him about and learns things from him. She has even learned, since MissTree passed, that dogs are controllable and she has taken to walking right under Paradox's chin and licking his back leg to get him to move!

Anyway, I'm supposed to be working so I better finish here. But just to complete the story here is a pic of MissTree and Paradox from Dec last year. One of MissTree's fav passtimes was to drag Paradox about by grabbing his ear and walking along with it in her mouth. This is her getting ready to move him out of the way so she can get to me. Pls forgive dogs in the kitty thread!
