Spell haste or not?

The 60 Badge Cloak has both version of spell haste, and spell damage.

PvP Rings and Neck has Dominance or Subjugation variety.

Or you can check wowhead and filter for any items with spell haste.

next time there is premades on the PTR we should be testing this hardcore. now that im gemming all epic gems and using mainly crit and spell dmg, I am interested to see what pure haste would do for me with 1000 spell power base before any gemmed slots are up.

I believe that haste rating starts to get usefull when you got 1k+ spelldamage, which isn't possible atm. (counting in the haste gems/gear)

You need about 200 haste rating to notice it if i'm right, which just isn't worth the loss of spelldamage/crit in PVP.

I would shy away from proc based haste items. Mostly because they won't proc at the same exact time for all of your clones. This means that you have 1 or 2 clones casting faster than the rest and end up out of sync. I would make sure every clone has the exact same haste or it may really screw up your sync.
