i dont know. They had something similar in Star Wars Galaxies. It was kinda fun to do once in a while.

I am all up for giving people more choices in game. Grinding BG's/Instances can get a bit tedious.

As long as the benefits provided are purely cosmetic, I can't think of a reason to oppose the idea. For those who love it, great, go have fun. The only argument I can see making against it (and this is lame) goes along the lines of... "the time they spent developing it they could have been working on more important stuff..."

If it creates fun for a lot of folks (even though I'm not one of them), then it's important.

IF the expansion is as good as it looks, I don't see an end to my wow career coming anytime soon. I am a big fan of the lore and seeing how much of it is pack into this expansion is making me pray for a beta key like crazy... LOL
