Honestly, I wouldn't mind some appropriate number of servers that were just the WotLK pre-event - the zombie invasion was amazing, and an unending version of that would be so cool.

considering follow will be removed in pvp aswell but iwt will certainly be in, the pally 4 shaman/5 shaman pvp meta would actually shift to shaman+4 paladin because the shockadin spec is bascially an elemental shaman in plate with less range/less mana reg but more burst and plays like melee. You can grind honor easily in eye of storm/alterac without follow. Its also quite easy to gear for shockadin with green boe plate armor "of the sorcerer" (sta+int+sp), its the best early game shocka gear there is. It also runs dongeons much smoother than pure eles since you're basically quadruple spelldamage tank with instant heals in plate armor with a shaman support on top.
However, I'd prefer to wait with that discussion until we get an actualy annoucement :)
follow being removed is a bummer which will hurt PvP quite a bit. With world pvp though the coordinated burst potential is still there and at this stage taking on even odds or even greater odds can be winnable outcomes. 5x Ele Shaman using their burst macro will definitely drop the first target and depending on gear can drop a second target through chain lightning. This being all instant and not much you can do unless you know it's coming.
Before I had 4 Shamans, I did 3 mages and they were also very effective in PvP and PvE but you lacked the sustainability with healing.
from a PvE perspective since the dungeons cap out at Heroic a lot of compositions should be viable. Even 5 Ele shamans should be able to power through all of the content.
all we need is follow working in arenas like it does on retail and no warmode then its gonna be awesome
currently follow breaks in arena as soon as pvp starts. So you got about 5-10 seconds.
4x stormherald. You can't change my mind.
The only thing that breaks follow in Arena today is the blanket "PvP combat breaks follow" mechanic, which wasn't carried over to Classic, and so it may not be carried over to TBC Classic, since it seems to be a system that was really only implemented due to Retail's War Mode. So... multiboxing Arenas in TBC may actually be a thing, and that'd be very interesting. Blizzard was willing to specifically re-implement follow in Arenas after they removed it from both there and battlegrounds, so I'd say that those looking to do TBC Arena have a good chance.
