Really need help with group comp and few other questions

Thanks for all the help. What healing add on should I get? Something simple but effective. I know how to set up regions and stuff.

Personally i just use the default ui raidframes and a addon named decursive, which lets me know if there are stuff that needs to be removed, like poison, curses etc. It needs a bit of custumizing though.

I also recommend the addon named GTFO, which warns you if you stand in bad stuff.

Besides that, to track your own and slaves cooldowns, interupts etc, the addon named weak auras 2, is the most popular it seems, but takes time to learn. But worth it.
You can even create symbols and pictures to appear above enemies, like this, with hilarious effect (its from around 6m, 45 sec --> https://youtu.be/Rns_7cMcBCA
