Honestly I havent played it, I have played against it. On the ladders there is several 2200 teams, of course its a gimmick team,but you could say that about every single comp there to a degree. The rogue stays steath when cooldowns are down and you time the smoke bombs/strang after bombs. If you dont get a kill, rogue vanishes and you wait until cooldowns are back up. games can take a bit longer.

ret/rog/dk is good triple deeps that a boxer could do ok with though I think

Cool thanks for the input I will be 85 by tommorrow on them and I am getting my legendaries by next week. Ret/Rogue/DK it is. Should I go Blood/Frost/UH for the DK?

Its all about blowing up the healer. Frost or UH would be great, blood is a waste because you have 1min to maybe 2 mins to win, if you havent downed their healer quickly its a loss. Only comp that counters it is pally healers

For pallies wouldn't you just use sap, strangulate, blind, Hoj, Repentance and destroy one of his team mates in a smokebomb when he bubbles

Sounds easy on paper :P 3 guild mates of mine did 2200 in 1 night doing rogue, DK and retri paldin.

I played it last season, and i have multiple rank 1 friends who say that sap openings are just not necessary. Got to 2200 with ease, the only problem is that if you don't shadow step + shadow dance + garrote spam on a paladin team then you will likely lose and your burst is really negated. So if you are playing vs shatterplay or shadowplay with a hpally then you can bet your ass you will lose. If you can get your rogue vial of shadows from LFR and 2 piece PVE gear then you should have no problem globaling things while wings are up.

Prob the single easiest comp to box and get 2300+ would be double ret + dk. Anything without a paladin healer just dies, anything with a paladin healer you have so much CC for the paladin that with wings you should be able to blow up your target easily enough. Repent > repent (9 seconds of CC) > hammer > hammer (9 seconds of cc) > strangulate (6 seconds of CC). Tripple ret even works.

Ret/Rogue/DK is proably the hardest to play successfully since you have to lead from the rogue and maintain good macroing/ISBoxer settings for the dk/ret.

Playing 3's alone honestly is boring, and a lot of people love playing with dual-boxers for 3's (in my experience). So just run double ret or dk + ret and grab a friend for the 3rd.

The only guy I actually enjoy playing with has a resto shaman, We have been playing together for 3 seasons now and its alot of fun, what two classes should I run with him? I have the ability to do any for the next month and a half I still have RAF XP.

Go for DK + ret, or 2 x DKs

ret/dk/other player healer is my favorite comp for the past 2 seasons and any healer works, but need a few more macros for wogs/bops than dk/dk.

dk/dk works too, but I only like having a pally heals in that comp. I have played all the variations of melee/dk/healer.
