actualy selling game with used cd-key is quite good for those, who have bought digital version of wow. so they can get the box with cds and manual.

Those people (collectors or people with slow internet connection) wouldn't buy digital version in the first place.

as far as i know u have to physically pick it up in store, or they ship it to you

My RAF is running out soon. Is there any place to get Wrath and Cata on sale that can email the game codes?

Still no word from Blizz on discounts other than SC2. Just checked the store and Cata is US$40. :(

Amazon will only let you order 1 Wrath on sale. Don't know if you can place multiple orders for it.
