Yes, doesnt matter if you dont get hit. That was always a problem of Damage Dealers in pvp.

I dont believe he will wear pvp-equip.
13k kills and no arena-team this guy is pure pve with a fotm-feral.

He was wearing a resilience suit at the time of the screenshot, trust me, I inspected him more than once :D
