I work for a technical engineering and development company. We have an entire division to developing and producing our own software. Theyre pretty damn good. Sometimes, If I am wary about a particular website for virus's, I'll attempt the download and execute at work. The virus protection here is amazing.

Don't forget about Holy Radiance, it's your big AoE heal. Pop that with your CD's during heavy AoE damage. Your group will go from 50% to full health in no time.
If you have a melee heavy group, Light of Dawn (Holy Power AoE) is a great source of heals - all the heals contribute to Beacon of Light heals on your tank so you get some good bang for your buck. If you have a caster heavy team, Word of Glory is a nice mana free heal.
As far as crit goes, my experiences with it have been lackluster. I found it didn't help much (sorry I don't have data). I reforged it all to haste, mastery and spirit (if a piece didn't already have spirit on it). Healing has been smoother since then. In 4.2 with 200% crit heals, crit will be much more useful.
another thing that is nice is with beacon @ "tank" and a "@tank cast holy light" the tank will be getting 2 heals. Paladin healing is incredibly nice as the healer will normally get a heal that will proc back through beacon for another heal on the tank. For mana efficient healing I normally use holy light vice flash or my big heal (@ work and not looking at my UI)... so my continual through put keeps tank nearly topped off and the rest of my crew going.
But as all the other portions of this thread have stated paladin's are easy mode heading. Between the bubbles, Blessing of Sacrifice, beacon, etc... you can bleed or mitigate alot of damage going into the "tank" while plugging away.
