[EVE] Multiboxing Invitational Tournament

This sounds like a pretty cool idea, I would love to see that. Someone should take video :)

I don't know what I'm doing yet but I would gladly join in this fun if people want to make it a regular thing.

I was indeed thinking of video and/or shoutcasting the fights from a cloaked ship nearby (don't shoot at me little frigates!). Obviously the other participants won't be allowed in the nearby area of a fight to watch (you don't want to catch a stray missile in the windpipe or anything), so vid/sound would be the logical choice.

i thought this would be a battle royal type fight, like you bring 3 ships and we all meet up and have a huge fight, rather than 3v3 then another 3v3, and so on.
Either way sounds fun but i like the arena type battle royal better imo

Battle Royale would be fun, but not nearly as good of a learning process IMO. After all, getting jumped or jumping someone else during normal play isn't anything like a Battle Royale. Remember, we're trying to have fun while at the same time gain a little more expertise and knowledge of how to multibox pvp in EVE (or at least how to not crap your pants when you get attacked and keep a cool head).

There's one other possible option for hisec hijinks - use Faction Warfare mechanics. My Caldari trio are in their own separate corp so that I can join FW (if I'm ever ready).

I'm not sure if the advantages outweight the disadvantages with FW but it's a possibility.

I hadn't thought of FW, but it sounds risky if we're around anyone else doing faction warfare as well.
