Looks like they accidentally pulled cd's and rune requirements off DK abilities too, wish I had some to play with.

From Patch notes:
Added a network category to the new Options screen and included the two network checkboxes.
The Network category contains the options "Optimize network for speed" and "Enable IPv6 when available". "Optimize network for speed" will be enabled by default, and will send packets more frequently at the cost of higher bandwidth. The higher bandwidth may lead to disconnects for some players who have limited bandwidth. Players getting disconnected frequently should try unchecking this box.
I'm on it. Just starting up WoW now after patch download. Give me a half a day to sort it out.
Thanks for your help jafula!
Ugh. /jamba locks up my client. Sigh. This could take a while...
Just as an FYI- I didn't have problems running JAMBA (I made sure to check the load out-of-date option) but noticed two things that aren't working with the new patch:
1- The quest watcher doesn't update properly (only shows goals for the main)
2- The followers do not click quest options with the main
Example:
- I select a quest giver with the main character and use my assist/IWT hotkeys to call up the quest list on all characters (works fine)
- When I select one of the quests on the main, the followers don't do anything. Same with quest accept/decline or quest complete. I have to click those for each of the characters.
Hope this helps with troubleshooting. :)
Edit to add: I didn't even think to open the options menu, and now I think I will avoid it. >.<
Cheers Tonuss,
The problems you face are due to a change Blizzard made to the addon communication channel. *I think* you can fix it right now by installing Ace3 as a standalone addon from here:
http://www.wowace.com/addons/ace3/files/389-r1023/
I have updated the Ace3 libraries and the TOC to 40100 in my development version of Jamba, but I'm still getting lockups.
If you do download the Ace3 standalone, can you let me know in this thread if it fixes all the problems you are seeing (it did for me).
Cheers,
Jafula.
Jafula,
Yep, that worked! It also fixed the experience display (which was showing 100/100 100% for all). Thanks!
Well, I figured out the /jamba freezing problem. There is a bug with Ace3 GUI Fill Layout that only manifests itself in certain situations and it seems that it was Jamba's turn to get it. Beh. I've worked around it in Jamba's code.
Got to fix a few other things before I can release.
