Not sure about Cali, but the DC housing market is taking a dive. Good timing too, since my wife and I are looking to buy. I didn't grow up in this area, so its hard to wrap my head around such expensive housing!

wait until september to buy, unless obama gets the nomination. the housing market is being used to create 'the sky is falling' scenario by hillary and crew... in order to oust the incumbent party. if she doesn't get the nomination, i'm not sure if they will continue to support it..

and with one more run of sethikk halls heroic ill have 15 epic flyers yay

hunters shammys and pallys are all in thier 30s now :P
