FWIW, I named the other two patterns:
AAAAA -- ATeam group
ABBBB -- Harem group
ABCCC -- Dungeon group*
ABCDD -- Mixed group*
ABBCC -- TwinTwin group
AABBB -- FullHouse group
ABCDE -- Nightmare group
Blah, ABCDE's not that bad, well, for pve. There's a bit more mental overhead, and you'll have to be some thinking about keybinds, but I like it.
