I remember similar thoughts happened with WOTLK. I'd just say wait till the expansion hits.

Lava Burst hits for 12-16K depending spec; thats 7-10K with resilience on the target, so 28-40K damage. What kind of targets are you shooting at that you can never ever kill anyone with that?Quote:

Oh I think what BrothelMeister means (12-16k) is at level 80.
At level 85 lava burst crits for 25-30k. 4 lava burst might still kill.
There will be tanks and other stam junkies pushing 150k plus... But, for a lot of players, the volley of lava bursts will knock off a big chunk of life.
Anyone not rapidly healed will still die in 3-4 GCDs. No worries.
