On ISBoxer's website it states "create auto-assisting Action Bar hotkeys..."

Isboxer converts its stuffs to normal wow macros, which are completly allowed. You can see the end result in

World of Warcraft\Interface\AddOns\ISBoxer\Isboxer_Characte r-(whateveryurcharacteris)

For example here is a partial of one of my guys, as you can see nothing is out of the ordinary:
