Honestly, they can't make it any harder than HOR or any of the new ICC 5 mans. Remember there are total tards and terrible puggers playing this game that Bliz will want to make sure they can do the 5 man content. They made raiding puggable..... you really think they are going to come up with something that takes a crazy amount of coordination? I don't see it...
This game has only become more simple, not more difficult. I'd be beyond shocked if multiboxers can easily clear current heroics but won't be able to in the expansion. As outdrsguy1 said, the game is full of crappy players and Blizzard has made it their goal to appeal to the masses.

The HP pools are so bigg in cata a mage as more of less the same hp as a tank so i think they can take a few hits.
After dinging 80 around last new year as a both being new to wow and boxing, I spent a great deal of my time reading all possible threads inhere that covered the current hc's. And I saw many 'omg occulus can't be boxed', .. 'toc is not possible', 'hor is way to hard to box' ... PoS ... omg. Until someone discovered a strategy and it became 'very doable'. And then someone figured he could farm icc 10m trash on his own for rings, Not to mention that rotface, gunship, festergut have been 10 boxed. Not to mention that necha managed to clear icc including lich king while playing 4 shamans.
So unless they change any of the mechanics we use to box (focus, follow, iwt, ..w/e) there will always be a way to box. In my 'short' time I'm here I've learned 1 thing: multiboxers excel in finding creative solutions.
Maybe the classic boxing team (pally/dk or pally/shammies) won't shine like they did in wotlk, but it doesn't mean they can't do it any longer. Myself I'm planning to have an as flexible setup as possible so I can use the combo that works best for a particular instance (pally + 3 ele + resto now, and i'll have a lock, priest, druid, mage, hunter & warrior tank up).
If you can 4 box in ICC effectively you should have no problem with up coming content unless they bring back Magtheridon cubes !
Even then though positioning and mouse broadcasting will prob make click this item doable ><

Remember back when people said BC fights wouldn't be boxable because of all the movement and MC and shit, especially fights like Nazan, Kelidan the Breaker, etc.? Yeah. Not only did we box 'em, we boxed 'em with single-class teams and, in some cases, 4-manned it a few levels above. People said the same thing about Northrend instances and, while we haven't been as easily successful doing things like 5-shaman runs without overgearing, the basic trend held, even through the fights that people insisted would absolutely NEVER EVER EVER NEVER be boxable like Oculus and ToC. HA! I suspect it will be exactly the same with Cataclysm 5-mans, it will just require (as every other new experience did) a rethinking of how you are set up for the new fights.
Of course, there may be certain gimmick fights that wouldn't be doable but I've yet to see Blizzard implement anything like that and I have no reason to think they are desirous of screwing over multiboxers.
Consider as well that a mediocre multiboxer like me is about as coordinated as a really bad PuG, so Blizzard can't really do things that hamper us too much or they risk alienating a much larger portion of their playerbase. ;)

I'd just like to echo what Zenga said. I've been boxing for 3 years and change now and every time something pops up people scream "AMG this will never be boxable." And then a week later it's boxed. We're a determined and resourceful bunch.
The only thing that's actually difficult for boxers is when each individual toon needs to be doing something that requires you to use the mouse in my experience--And that's not a mechanic that Blizz has really been pushing, even in raids.
