get spammenot, it auto blocks trade chat gold spammers, and prevents lvl 1 from whispering u, u can set it to any level (i set mine to 3)

dont know that particular addon, but an alternative could be spamsentry, it does the same

try badboy and badboy levels for all your spam & whisper blocking needs
