Any luck checking on this? I know you are busy, but i'm curious how I can get Alt to work in round robin.Quote:

I wonder if ALT+6 in the keybinding (WoW Menu) defaults to self cast.
Therefore, when you press ALT+F6 and try to fear yourself, it is responding, but the macro wont fear yourself.
I have noticed on round robin bindings to other keys it makes a distict swooshing sound when pressing the key and round robin works. With alt there is not sound or indication from KeyClone that it is working.
I had a similar problem with round robin as i was only able to pass single keystrokes even after adding all the combinations to the RR list.
I resolved this by reconfiguring the Do Not Pass list. I had been using it in white list mode, where i entered in all the keys that wanted it to pass. I removed everything from the list and unchecked the white list option. Once everything was being passed i tried RR again and it worked fine. Set a few keys back to do not pass, and all is good again.
Are you using a white list?
I gave this answer last night aswell to a simulair question, maybe put it in some keyclone howto ? :) If it fixes the problem ofc, wich it did for me on several macro's en setup's already. And it might ofc be a Keclone bug, so it will be fixed anyway.
For now, do this:
If you want to use 6 and alt 6 ofor different WoW's, make sure that in the WoW client where you do NOT want to use the alt-6, you bind alt-6 to NO button / action. So, when it's pressed, it does nothing.
This way you can use 6 for action one and alt 6 for action 2, and ofc just use RR if you like.
Can't really write it down in a better way, hope you get the point :)
I'm not using a white list. My setup is VERY basic. It is pretty much the default keyclone settings. I have EQSW as do-not-pass and white list is not checked.Quote:

Sorry for the necro, but I scanned the 12 pages of threads with "round-robin" that returned from the search, and this was the only thread that was close, so I thought it better to respond to this then add another thread.
I got my earth elementals today, wanted to put them on LALT+4 but round robin won't recognize it. I can rr my number keys, but not the alt keys.
I don't have them on do not pass, I don't have them keymapped anywhere else, I don't have excluded from round robin checked. I was wondering if anyone else had this problem and a resolution other then mapping a key to nothing as suggested, or moving the spell to the main action bar.
TIA
PS OMG I LOVE MY Earth Elementals!!!11 :D
Try disabling "strict". And try using shift. For some reason stuff that doesn't work with alt or ctrl tends to work with shift sometimes.
Try using Ctrl+6. It looks like Keyclone doesnt like Alt and RR.
I realise I'm kinda resurrecting an old thread, but was this issue ever fixed in keyclone? I mean using alt keys in RR. Because I sure can't get it to work :P
