Try leaving your assist key to Alt-backspace and Backspace. I just tried changing mine to Cntrl-\ and it did not work. Not sure why I might have duplicate keybinding I suppose I did not look much into it. I am sure the problem is something simple but it looks fine to me.

i checked your config, everything is ok except for FTL assist
it seems isboxer or you disabled the "use Wow FTL modifers", you need that to be "ON" for FTL assist to work.
to enable it, do this
1- "load configuration in isboxer (if you do not have it in isboxer)
2- go to "key maps" and click on "general" keymap
3- click on "FTL assist me" and to the right, where it says "use wow FTL modifers" set that to "ON"
then reload UI (/console reloadui) on all active Wow windows.
turn "off" "repeater" and turn "on" "keymaps"
this should allow the FTL dps keys to work

AWESOME! Ok, so now my alt + backspace works. Is there a way to keymap that in so it auto assists with every dps button I press? I'm still having to manually press Alt +backspace on every new target.

You should have auto assist FTL Keys from the wizard.
If you navigate to the FLT DPS Keymap, and expand it.
In the left pane, you have the numbers 1 through 0, plus - and =.
If you expand any of them, they should have one step.
Clicking the 1, under Steps and then looking at the right pane should reveal two actions.
a) Target - Current Window. Do Mapped Key action - General Keymaps, Mapped Key - FTL Assist Me.
b) Target - All Windows with Current. Send the same key as the hotkey to activate the mapped key.
For the FTL system to work properly.
You need FTL Enabled for three mapped keys:
a) FTL Target Me
b) FTL Follow Me
c) FTL Assist Me
And to have it set to "default" for every other mapped key.

Awesome I'll try that when I get home! :) Thanks!
