Feider: Toon B gets bonus from C despite A booster being in the party

Has this always been the case? I thought A Booster made B ineligible, even from the link to C.

"B" is still eligible for RAF with "A" booster in the group. The change that happened a while back was that exp for a party member not within a certain number of levels of the booster (10 maybe? i can't remember the exact number) would receive significantly less xp than if they worked on their own. With RAF and the group bonus, this reduction is largely off-set.

With:
A (Booster) -- B -- C

The wording on their RAF document has always implied that B is not eligible for RAF while A (Booster) is in the party, even if they qualify for RAF from their link to C.

This has never been the case, in actual play. But has always been stated as the case, in the RAF write up.
