As far as the original intent of this post... (hmm, what was that again)
I started an alt on KJ on the same account as my main AH char on my old realm and used Auctioneers Arbitrage function with KJ data specified in the "also use" data section. It came up with nothing, at all, in the entire range of acutions, that would sell even 10% better on KJ than my home server.
Since I didn't believe this, of course, I spot checked most of the main expensive items I had been stockpiling and found it to be true. So I sold as much as I could stand waiting for and just brought the gold instead.

About my original question:
Problem is I don't want to wait the next weekend to get started, so I'll probably transfer my booster as soon as I get my hands on those 4.99 Wow classic boxes (ie tomorrow) - I guess I'll just mine stuff once there and bring in maybe 1 or 2k which should be enough for training of the boostees and maybe mounts (probably not for flying though... how much are those those days - anyone has an estimate of how much it cost gold wise to train and mount up 4 toons to 61 (regular flying, epic ground, 1-61 spells) )
I'll also make one of them a DE and maybe the instance runs will bring in some money that way
For just the mounts you're looking at 365g/toon (300g for flying). Wowwiki has spell rank tables listed with costs, but each spell works out to around 7 or 8g from 1-60. On the characters I just finished boosting to 60 they acquired around 155g ea through the few quests I turned in and selling vendor trash.
from what I recall my raf granted druid training at 61 cost about 200g so I guess 1-61 and mounts will cost about 550g or so
