Goodluck to your new life! Gays are always about fun and always know how to make you laugh. I know most them go to Thailand because they have the cheapest deal in terms of transplant. Just make sure that your hormonal medication will not leave you any side effect.

Best of luck to you. I respect and admire your courage, it must not be easy to express this to people. There are many who won't not respond as kindly as many have here. I was honestly surprised at how understanding and accepting the posts have been. Truly a mature group here. I hope this brings you the happiness you would like. :D

Seriously though hormone replacement therapy...is this a real thing? I've never heard of such a procedure.

Yes, HRT is the real thing. It will change a lot of physical attributes such as:

Softer skin
Layer of fat under the skin
Decrease hair growth on body
Increase hair growth on head
Redistribute fat such as waist, hips, butt and face
Removes nasty male body odor :) sorry guys!
Changes pheromones
and more!

One of the most cherished changes for me is the tranquil calm I experience now. No more 'anger'. I am more patient than I have been and seem to be more in tune to people's feelings.

That is your lesson for today!
