My slaves run the stock ui and Jamba, nothing else, my main runs
Bagnon (HATE the Bliz bag interface, one bag always!)
Bartender4, and I have very few bars up, to reduce clutter. I made a bar look like my number pad, and have heals bound to those keys across the team. It's just a visual "Oh, crap, which one heals the druid again?" kind of thing.
Recount
Omen
Gathermate
DeadlyBossMods
PallyPower
Xperl
I like things simple. My main has a bar for quest/daily items, everything else is hotkeyed or hidden. You don't need all of your talents showing, for any class.
I have a few more tweaks to make, and I'll be happy, for now, like the dailies macro that has all the items on it, just have'nt gotten around to it.
Here are the 2 layouts I have played with.
when I started multiboxing I used X-Perl:

Now I am trying out Pitbull and like it as well
(even though raidframes on X-Perl are great)

Otherwise my essentials are:
Bartender
Omen
Recount
Jamba
FuBar
Prat
SCT
Situational:
DBM & Capping
Hidden:
Bagnon
Cowtip
RatingBuster
Auctioneer / Enchantrix
Cartographer / Gatherer
Questhelper
I use:
Macaroon
Jamba
X pearl
Arkinventory
Simple Mini Map
Chatter
Carbonite
and a bunch of others
I have tried Pitbull, the issue I'm having with it now is "Target" feedback. Basically the UI doesn't seem to change regardless of what happens with my target - in Discord, if a target was Neutral they were Yellow. Once I attacked, they would stay Yellow but then flash red while in combat. Once they were dead, they would turn "dark" yellow. Pitbull doesn't give me any of this kind of feedback - is there a way to do this?
Hmm to be honest I don't think I have attacked a yellow target after my Ptibull switch.
However I believe this feature should enable what you are looking for.
Basically go to Pitbull > Target > Texts > Name
and include this part in the string if it is not already there:
[Name:HostileColor]
Now the name of the target should change color to indicate hostility.
