Trying to find the bottle neck in my system

Vista actually supports spanning across monitors by default, therefore you won't find in nvidia's control panel. here is what you are looking for:

And i have that option enabled :D

I will try running everything from a single monitor next week, having to much fun out side this weekend to play wow :D

See there's your issue.... Operator error right of the bat since you are having to much fun outside! I did not even get a chance to WoW out these last 5 days and now I got this twitch going and everything.
